TL;DR
Good. Not great. But good enough ergonomic chair for a reasonable price. Has held up for years.
Bought in 2020. Reviewed in 2024 so some details missing.

Order & delivery
Ordered directly from Autonomous in Canada and delivered to the UK. By shipping container and FedEx.
Home office chair was in extreme demand at the time due to the start of the pandemic and everyone starting to work from home.
Post ordering I receive an email it was due to be delivered 2 months later. But with some chasing and stock changes it was delivered after a few weeks.

First impression
Very good first impressions. Comfortable and adjustable.
Not as expensive as e.g. a Herman Miller Aeron. But also 3-4 times cheaper.
The base not being cushioned mesh, meant it was a little sweaty in summers. But also more expensive as you would have to do it properly like the Aeron to support my weight etc.
4 year impression
Still happy with my purchase. Sit on every day all day long as I work from home still. I had a bad back at the time and this sorted it out.
The cushions on the arms punctured and partially ripped off quite quickly. Within a year. That I had(still have) very young kids that would sit on the arms contributed to their early demise. I still use the arms, they still work just looks a bit scruffy.
Some adjustments are partially broken due to material and my weight probably.
Even though I have spilled food and drinks on the seat cushion, since it is black it does not look too bad.
Pros & cons

Verdict
Very good chair. Fixed my bad back. No regrets.
There are better chairs but they cost more. I would recommend the ErgoChair if it is in your price bracket.
Buy again
Would I buy it again? Depends.
If I can afford an Aeron or similar premium chairs I might go for those.
If my budget says otherwise then I would be happy with another Ergochair.
